Dear Matt:
In 1986 your father installed our kitchen cabinets. Tuesday of last week we were having a late lunch in our kitchen dinette when we discovered there was a gap of about an inch between the cabinet and the front wall.
I called you that afternoon and left a message. Early the next day you returned my call and I told you about the problem.
At 10 a.m. Steve Ireland was at our door and before noon all of our cabinets that needed securing were as good as new.
My wife and I have been homeowners for over 50 years and during that time have needed the services of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, you name it but never in all those years did we enjoy the promptness and quality you provided to us. Steve not only did a professional job but when he had finished he pulled out a vacuum cleaner as neat, or neater, than when he arrived.
I can’t tell you how pleased and impressed we were by your company. I am certain we are only two of your many satisfied customers. (After almost 20 years I doubt that our cabinets are still under warranty!)
